The World Has Changed.
Our Thinking Hasn’t.
We’re entering a new era – one where AI levels the playing field and traditional advantages vanish quickly.
The tools are the same. The data is the same. The frameworks are nearly identical.
And so is the output.
In a world where sameness is scaling fast, the true differentiator isn’t efficiency – it’s imagination.
It’s not just how fast you build – it’s how creatively you build, and whether you can create what others can’t.
The future belongs to leaders who embed creativity into their culture and turn originality into an advantage.
In short: those who practice Business Artistry - blending logic with imagination to build organizations that are both high-performing and deeply human.
Business Artistry is a leadership mindset found among founders and leaders who treat business as their artistic medium: not only a system to optimize, but a platform for human expression and a force for human value. It unites technology, humanities, and creativity – bringing them together into work that resonates and cultures that endure.

Nir's Story
My journey began with a question sparked by the Renaissance.
As I explored that period, I saw how creative minds worked across disciplines - how artists, engineers, and business leaders shaped culture side by side.
And I wondered: Why can’t we create like that in today’s workplace?
That question led me to investigate how the modern creative companies we admire actually work.
I’ve spent my life studying what sets the world’s most creative organizations apart – brands like Apple, Pixar, Disney, and Beats. What their leaders did differently. How they brought fresh, human-centered thinking into the heart of business.
What I discovered is that their true advantage isn’t just strategy or execution – it’s artistry.
They embed it into their culture: drawing from the arts, collaborating with creators, and building environments where emotional impact matters as much as performance.
Over the years, I’ve seen how artistry drives not just leadership – but innovation.
From Samuel Morse, a painter who invented the first electrical telegraph, to Michael Naimark, who pioneered street-view photography in the 1970s, the pattern is clear:
Artistic thinking doesn’t just humanize business – it expands what’s possible.
From that research, I developed and championed **Business Artistry**—a mindset that blends creativity with leadership, and treats business not just as a system to optimize, but as a medium for resonance, meaning, and cultural influence.
Drawing from two decades of inquiry, teaching at IE Business School, mentoring founders at MIT and Harvard, and advising global teams at Google, TikTok, and SAP, I’ve built a research-backed, experience-tested method that helps leaders create organizations that are not only high-performing—but *deeply human*.
I believe creativity is for every leader and every organization.
I believe the future belongs to those who combine imagination with execution.
I believe emotional stories and human connection are the keys to success in a technological world.
Let me show you how.
